Born and bred in Carlisle Toby has a strong local knowledge and a strong connection to the area. In 2008 Toby began his career in telecommunications initially beginning with a telesales role, after a short period the role of engineer became available which is where Toby found his passion for implementing telephony solutions which streamlined businesses communications.
In 2012 Toby founded Eclipse Office Technologies with the focus on serving local businesses with a personal service and effective implementations.
